Refund & Damage Policy
Due to the custom nature of number plates, all sales are final and refunds are not offered once an order has been placed and produced.
If your number plates arrive damaged during delivery, a replacement will be provided. In this situation, you must provide clear proof of the damage, such as photographs of the plates and the packaging, so the issue can be verified.
Any damage must be reported as soon as possible after delivery so it can be resolved promptly. Once the damage has been confirmed, replacement plates will be arranged.
